Francis Camilleri
Francis Camilleri has been a quadriplegic due to a diving accident in 1978 and since then has been confined to a wheelchair and lost the use of his hands. After intensive medical treatment and occupational therapy, he managed to adapt himself to his completely new and difficult life.

Through Izda Art Publishers he learned how to paint using his mouth and made great progress in a relatively short time. He was granted a scholarship from the Worldwide Association of Mouth and Foot Painting Artists in which he is now an associate member. This gave him the opportunity to participate in numerous international exhibitions and several exhibitions of his own.
Today he masters various techniques of mouth painting and mainly paints landscapes, urban panoramas, and folkloric scenes in addition to Holy Nativity scenes.
